Girl at the Rock Shows

I can feel my anxiety starting to take over. I absolutely hate flying and have a flight tomorrow. My friend just told me that seats were assigned and, because of trying to save money, we weren’t able to sit next to each other– it was like roulette. Now my anxiety is starting. I’m in a middle seat and, for a big girl, that’s the most uncomfortable thing on the planet. I’m trying not to let it get the best of me and trying to “Let It Ride” but it’s getting tough as I am counting down the hours until vacation. All this said, thankfully I have “Let It Ride” from GG Baby x Hugs x Parking Lot Funeral to help keep me calm.

I instantly got hooked by the intensity and swagger that kicks this song off. It’s not my typical intensity that comes complete with a metal edge but more of a perfectly fuzz and commanding voice with a stomping feeling behind it. This song made me want to jump out of my desk and start parading around my office. Naturally, I resisted but this song filled me with a sense of energy and positivity that I so badly needed right now and I can not thank these three acts enough for this power pop anthem.
