Happy Wednesday, everyone! I know it’s a short week and it definitely has me a bit thrown off and struggling to cope with the lack of time to get everything done that needs to get done but that’s not going to stop me from sharing some amazing new music with you and “Triumph” from Those Left Standing is the perfect kind of song to help give you the motivation to get your crap done even though time is fleeting.

This song is speaking to my soul right now. It’s not just the hardcore style of it, it’s also the lyrics. “Triumph” is about those small victories that happen even when everything seems to feel a bit bleak. It’s those bright spots on a cloudy day that, although hard to see, can bring so much satisfaction and pride. “Triumph” is intense and aggressive in all of the right ways. Honestly, as I listen to this track for the tenth time this morning, it continues to pump me full of a sense of resilience that I didn’t think I would be able to find today. This song begs to be seen live. I’m not sure when I’ll get a chance to see Netherlands-based Those Left Standing perform this live but I know that, when given the chance, I will be in the pit letting out all of the aggression inside of me and it will be absolutely perfect.
