I woke up to more fires in my inbox than I think I can possibly handle in one day but I’m still riding the high that I got from last night’s show and I’m not ready to admit defeat today– at least not yet. That being said, It’s only 9:15 AM and I am already feeling discouraged and in a rut so I need a track to help pull me out and remember that I am just one person and I can only do what I can do. Thankfully, I have “Bright Line Theory” from Fly Right to kick the day off with.
This dynamic bop is one full of energy, nostalgia, and modern twists. It’s very Four Year Strong meets New Found Glory but with an overall texture that can only be called Fly Right. I love the hard edge that comes with this track but also how that more alt-rock edge seems to blend into the overall pop-punk-ness of this track so flawlessly. I also love how this song is so fun if you just want to listen to the music but it shows a sense of depth when you really get into the track. It’s contagious, it’s infectious, it’s absolutely perfect and will put a pep in your step and give you a reason to keep your head up high. Long story short, “Bright Line Theory” from Fly Right was exactly what I needed this morning and I hope you find the same amount of joy in this quick track as I did.
