Girl at the Rock Shows

I’m not sure where the time is going today but it can slow down now. I am getting a lot done but I’m starting to get in my head about how little time I still have left in the day (when, in reality, it’s plenty) when compared to my lengthy to-do list (which never ever gets done so why even get in my head about it?). Clearly, I’m having a moment and I need a breather so now’s the perfect chance to share another somewhat new track with you.

“T.F.T.I” from Cultivate came out just over a month ago but I’m sure it’s new to come of you like it is to me so I’ll go ahead and call it a new song. I love how sweetly this song starts before moving into a true pop-punk jam full of angst and emotion. It reminds me a bit of The Starting Line with some of the way the words hit but there’s also something fresh about this song that is giving me Tiny Moving Parts vibes. Regardless of who you want to compare this track and sound to, it will be names that mean a lot to you or did at some time meaning that Cultivate will quickly wedge a spot in your heart and fill it with their classic yet unique Midwest Emo sounds.
