Knock on wood but I’m feeling good today. I’m getting a lot done and feeling somewhat caught up on some aspects of all of my jobs. It’s a great feeling that is surely fleeting but, for now, I’m just going to enjoy it and celebrate by checking out a super fun new track.

So maybe the lyrics of “A Weezy Shade of Blue” from Loser User are a little juvenile but that doesn’t change the fact that this song is full of a perfect blend of heart and fire. A song about using music to get through the tough times in life, I instantly felt a wave of nostalgia wash over me as this alternative and pop-punk leaning jam played. The more playful lyrics and presentation of the lyrics give this song a very fun hue that is so easy to get lost in. Add a little solo here and a super catchy chorus there and you are left with one of those just all-around feel-good kind of songs that is sure to put a smile on your face.
