I promise that I did not mean for today to be the day of the “repeaters,” but here we are. I kicked the day off, reminding you about the insane perfection that is Bleeker, and now let me remind you about the flawless awesomeness that is Go For Gold.

“Stay” is a very moody track and, truthfully, I wasn’t sure I was in the mood for moody this morning. Heavy music has been hitting super well so far this morning but something about the conviction and heart that Go For Gold clearly puts into every song had me sold on this one instantly. Although moody, this song still has Go For Gold’s signature infectious energy. It’s a “get up and go” kind of song with how the beat never slows down, and there seems to be a million things happening at any given time during this two-and-a-half-minute song, but at the same time, I found a sense of calm and solace in the track. The lyrics, like the energy, are straight and to the point but I’m not going to ruin them for you. Check out “Stay” from Go For Gold for yourself and thank me later.
