Happy Wednesday! Honestly, I have nothing for you this morning. It’s just another day where I can already feel the weight of my workload on my shoulders and it’s crippling at best. That being said, I’m in good spirits and ready to fill my day with some amazing new music starting with “Can’t Shake This Feeling..” from Years Down.
“Can’t Shake This Feeling..” is a new single from Years Down’s upcoming album and if this doesn’t get you super excited to see what this Denver-based band has up their sleeves, well, I don’t know what to help you. This song is intense but it’s fun. Just a couple of seconds into this song and I wanted to relate this to Four Year Strong but, as the three minute song moves on, you get a taste of the depth of this band. Sure, there’s that hardcore-leaning pop-punk feeling of Four Year Strong but there’s also a more DIY Midwest-pop-punk vibe of Belmont here. There are also some epic breakdown moments that are super reminiscent of A Day to Remember. Long story short, this song hits and it hits hard so buckle up and go on the amazing ride that is “Can’t Shake This Feeling..” from Years Down.
