Full disclosure, I was caught by the name of this song. Maybe that leads to a slight bias as to why I love this song so much but there’s just something so catchy about “Satan’s Little Hell Song” to me. It could be my teenage angst that I never quite grew out of showing but, regardless, it was the name of this song that caught me but the song in general that had me stuck.

This song is loud and aggressive but not in a in-your-face kind of way. Well, I mean, it is but it’s not angry. There’s this super cool ska influence in this track that I found super intriguing. Add a little banjo here and there and you are left with a song that is unlike anything else you have ever heard. It’s dramatic, it’s intense and it’s oh so fun. One of my favorite parts (outside of the horns and that aforementioned banjo sound) is the gang vocals. The choir featured in this song is actually a choir of over 50 fan-submitted vocals. I mean, come on, how freaking cool is that. Think Will Worm and the Tapeworms with a little Reel Big Fish energy and a whole lot of southern swagger drama and you are left with something kind of close to “Satan’s Little Hell Song” from The Toxhards but, really, you just need to hear this one for yourself.
