Although I’m in a fairly good mood this morning, I’m in the mood for a “hate song”. What’s a “hate song” you may ask? Dogfather answers that with their song “10 Million.”
“10 Million” is off of Dogfather’s upcoming EP, ‘Part II’ and, as the band puts it, it is a “hate song.” Although I feel like I have heard more hateful songs than this one, there’s no denying the angst that comes through loud and clear throughout this quick two and a half minute long anthemic punk song. The slight raspiness of the vocals enhances the angst that comes through in the charging guitars and slamming drums. This song is short but Dogfather will have you full of energy by the time the song is done making it a great one to kick your Tuesday off with especially if you’re already feeling the weight of the week.
