Girl at the Rock Shows

Technically, “Hell Accept You” from The Infamous HER is a St. Patrick’s Day anthem. At least that’s what it said in the pitch that came with this track. I know we are a bit past St. Patrick’s Day at this point but, really, one listen to this song and you will understand that this is more than just a one day anthem, this is an every day kind of anthem.

Sure, “Hell Aceept You” has a strong Irish pub spirit behind it due to the folk-punk grit that comes with the track, but truly, this is a song that is great for all holidays and days in general. There’s swagger, but there’s also charm. It’s the kind of song that makes you want to put an arm around your friends and start stomping around like complete fools without a care in the world. There’s a playful nature to this song that helps drive the lyrical content home. It’s a song for “anyone who’s ever raised a glass to their own contradictions.” Not quite sure what that means? Have no fear, The Infamous HER are here to explain it to you while giving you a way to spice up a mundane day. Smile, laugh, be merry and enjoy the crap out of this instantly classic jig.
