Happy Friday everyone! We made it! I know it was a short week for most of us but that didn’t stop it from feeling like the longest short week ever so, seriously, kudos to all of us for making it to the finish line. Let’s celebrate with some new music, shall we?
If you have seen No Country for Old Men, you will recognize the sample in this song instantly. I haven’t seen that movie in years so the sample was a bit over my head but that doesn’t change the fact that I instantly fell in love with this track. Controlled chaos is the name of the game when it comes to “Pretty Much a Ghost”. There’s a strong sense of organization throughout this quick two minute long song but also a sense of pure insanity in all of the right ways. Aggressive vocals are matched by explosive instrumentation to give you a sound that will both amp you up and give you an outlet for any aggression you may be holding in. There isn’t really much ebb and flow to this track but there doesn’t have to be for this to be an amazing song. So buckle up and get ready to get your face absolutely melted by Polluted Womb when you press play on this song.
