Girl at the Rock Shows

I’m in the mood for intense and heavy. Thankfully, that’s exactly what you get from TEETH’s track “We Eat Our Young”.

Right off the bat, this track hits you like a truck. The band is quick to layout their metalcore inspired hardcore sound. Throughout this three minute track, there are very few moments of calm and peace. Even the slower more subdued moments come at you with a ton of energy as if only giving you a slight moment to catch your breath before going back into the chaos. Although there is chaos throughout this song, there’s also a clear composition behind it all which is something that is hard for some bands to pull off yet TEETH seems to do it effortlessly. “We Eat Our Young” is from this Canadian band’s debut EP entitled ‘A Biblical Worship of Violence’ so excuse me while I drop everything and check out the rest of what is sure to be an insane release.
