We’ve made it to Tuesday and, with the holiday, that means I have just one more day of my day job this week. That doesn’t mean I have the rest of the week off but it does mean I can spend some more time at home and maybe actually get caught up on some house work. I’m not there quite yet so I need some music today to help me stay motivated (and awake) so let’s kick the day off with “6 PM” from gcMemorable.
Like many other songs I get to check out, “6 PM” came with no background. I have no clue who gcMemorable is or what this track is about but I know that I loved it at first listen. This song is moody and drenched with pop-punk-perfection. The quality of this recording isn’t the greatest and I feel like I kept having to turn my speakers up to just hear this song but, once I found that sweet spot, this song hit and it hit perfectly. I wish I had more to say about this band but just as gcMemorable seems to be one for few words, I will do the same and just let this track speak for itself.
