Girl at the Rock Shows

Songs that come with zero background on the band or track both frustrate and excite me. I feel like sometimes the descriptions that bands and agents send along with a single can influence what I write about but, at the same time, zero information means I struggle to find any background to share with you. Luckily for me, No Limitations’ track “Still Here” truly speaks for itself.

This song may have a slow and quiet intro but it only takes about ten seconds for No Limitations’ full sound to hit you at warp speed. With a clear skate punk sound that leans a bit more into the pop punk side of things at some points and more into the punk side of things at others, this song has an endless amount of energy that translates perfectly through the recording. Part of me wanted the vocals to have a bit more of an angsty edge but the more smooth pop-punk style creates a sense of contrast in “Still Here” that definitely had me hooked. This song is quick at only two minutes and fourteen seconds so don’t blink because you might miss it but I promise that it will catch you and you will instantly fall in love with No Limitations upon first listen.
