I feel like I’ve been pretty easy on you today by sharing out super fun and boppy track so let’s switch things up a bit and go back to my bread and butter of heavier than heavy kind of music.
“Fuerza” means “force” in Spanish and, honestly, that’s such a great title for this song from Martirio. This band wastes no time with blasting you right in the face with their sheer power and grit. This song is fast and furious with an relentless sense of energy that will wake up even the most tired of souls. One of the things that I really like about this track is how it feels like chaos. Okay, that’s not quite right but I feel like this song dangles on the edge of out of control throughout the two minutes it lasts yet Martirio stays in control the entire time making sure the track doesn’t slip off the edge. Whether you like hardcore, punk or just need something to wake you up a little bit, “Fuerza” from Martirio is the song for you.
