Okay, I know I literally just shared “Tina (Live at Lakehouse Studios)” from the dt’s two days ago but I really just can’t get enough of this band right now so I’m back with another amazing song from this band.
“All In My Head” is another perfect example of just how fun and catchy this duo is. From the catchy riffs to the memorable melodies, “All In My Head” is the kind of song that instantly gets stuck in your head. Lyrically, this song has an air of darkness to it. It’s about being in a relationship and all of the anxieties that come with that. Honestly, it’s a pretty heavy subject yet there’s something so light and refreshing about the instrumentation that juxtaposes the words. Whether you want to get lost in your feelings by really paying attention to the words of this song or if you just want a melody that sways you into the rest of your day with a sense of optimistic calm, “All In My Head” from the dt’s is the perfect song to help push you along today.
