Girl at the Rock Shows

I know that this is the fourth track that I’ve shared from Always Grounded, but sometimes, a band just seems to “get” you, making every song hit harder than the last. Always Grounded is that band for me right now, and their new track, “So Unfortunate Everything Must End,” is absolutely hitting the spot right now.

There’s a reason why Always Grounded has been listed as one of Alternative Press’s top 50 upcoming pop-punk bands, and this new single from them seems to solidify that claim to fame. Although this track is first and foremost a pop-punk bop, there’s an extra sense of angst in this song that is subtle but truly elevates the overall sound of this track to an insane level. The lyrics of this song are nothing life-changing, if I’m being completely honest, but they are raw, tongue-in-cheek, and definitely relatable. I feel like I should have so much more to say about this song other than the fact that it’s just one of those classic amazing pop-punk anthems but that’s truly all I can come up with at this time. Truly, “So Unfortunate Everything Must End” is a track that you just have to hear for yourself, not ready my ramblings about, so give it a listen and show Always Grounded some love!
