I feel like I’ve let you all down already today. I talked a big game when sharing the first single of the day. I was going to make up for not sharing much yesterday, but here we are. It’s already 10:30 in the morning, and I’ve only shared on single out. Truthfully, I got in the zone and it wasn’t until just now that I realized the time. Now I’m stressing but that’s okay because I have “My Teeth” from test plan to share with you next and this song is truly amazing.
test plan is a Noise-rock trio from London. This isn’t the kind of noise that I saw on Wednesday night at Zhora Darling, but it definitely leans into a super creative and almost avant-garde side of things, which makes this already explosive song hit so much harder. I love that nothing about this song seems to make sense in the classic sense. The beat and composition is all over the place and the video is just as chaotic as if only enhancing the oddly perfect quirkiness of this track. “My Teeth” is one of those songs that truly has me lost for words so, instead of reading my ramblings about how amazing this song is while also claiming that it’s the kind of song that shouldn’t work but it does work because it’s good but I can’t tell you why it’s good…. just go listen to “My Teeth” from test plan and make sure to watch the video for a little extra razzle dazzle.
