I’m absolutely still getting things done which is great but I’m starting to fade. I’m realizing just how wired I was from how amazing last night’s show was and now that excitement and electricity is wearing off which is giving me time to realize that, per usual, I am just straight-up exhausted. I can’t stop though. I still have a few more hours of work before I can go home and take my daily nap and I ca’t let the afternoon slip away without getting more done. Thankfully, “GHOST” from Kurbside Villain shook me back to life upon first listen in all of the right ways.

Kurbside Villain wastes no time getting into their swagger-filled vibe with this track. The song kicks off with some wailing guitars before alt-rock feeling vocals come in and soothe things over if only so slightly. I love that there’s a sting that comes with this song. You can feel that sting in the blistering guitars or in the vocals but, either way, you’ll feel it. Another think you’ll feel is this immense sense of energy. Although this isn’t the fastest song you’ll here today and probably not even the heaviest, there’s something about it that fills the space so perfectly and will breathe a sense of life into your soul if you are struggling to get through the day. From the dazzling guitars to the howlin’ vocals, Kurbside Villain has an addictive and powerful song that refuses to be ignored.
