Oh I love a bit of sass in the morning so, naturally, I feel like “Goodbye I Will Not Miss You, You Dicks” from The Subjunctives is a perfect way to kick off a Thursday.
As the title may elude to, this song is full of angst and attitude but it’s so much more than that. To say that this song is full of energy and hookiness would be an understatement. It’s quick and dirty at only a minute and a half long but it absolutely packs a punch and lays out The Subjunctives’ flawless pop-punk leaning punk sound perfectly. “Goodbye I Will Not Miss You, You Dicks” is not a complicated song and, honestly, that phrase is the majority of the lyrics but that didn’t stop me from loving every second of this track.
This is the first single from The Subjunctives’ second LP so make sure to keep your eyes peeled for more amazing music from this awesome band!
