My day is still trucking along and I’m still getting loads of work done but am still working on finding just the right song to power through the afternoon slump that is surely going to hit me any minute now. Thankfully, “Crosshairs” from Totally Slow was exactly what I needed at this very moment.
After a short and ambient intro, Totally Slow makes their sound be known in this new track. Without warning, the band kicks into a quick and dirty track full of passion, controlled chaos, and speed. At under two minutes long, I mean it when I say that this song is quick and dirty but I love how Totally Slow is still able to give you a full song within that time frame. It’s not just one of those songs that goes hard and fast for the entirety of the track, there’s a break here that gives you a chance to breathe before the band plunges you back into their intense world of, well, intensity. This song is full of punk attitude and fist pumping moments so roll up your sleeve and get ready to punch the sky along to “Crosshairs” from Totally Slow.
