Girl at the Rock Shows

This band name is, well, goofy. I mean, come on, the band name is Goofy Cow. How am I supposed to take something like that seriously? The easiest answer– one listen to their new track “L!VE AND LET DiE” and all jokes went out the window. Don’t get me wrong, this song is fun as the band name may lead you to believe but it’s also a flawless party rock anthem that will get you moving even on your sleepiest of days.

Although at face value, this is just a super fun, high-octane song, there’s a sense of depth behind it when it comes to the lyrics. This song is about inner turmoil, struggle and keeping your head up high in the face of adversity. That just adds to the magic that this song will bring to your day. Goofy Cow has a cool blend of pop-punk and something a bit heavier in this song. I know that seems to be a going theme with a lot of the songs I share out but each time I talk about this blend, it means something different. In the case of Goofy Cow, it means an infectious energy that will make you want to jump up and down while giving you a space to release some pent up anger and aggression. I love how “L!VE AND LET DiE” is able to do that without being a super aggressive and in your face track. This song is absolutely worth your attention so, go ahead, give it a spin!
