It’s already been a hectic week and it’s only Tuesday. I feel bad that I didn’t have time to share out any single yesterday so prepare yourself for an onslaught today (at least I hope). Let’s not waste any time and just jump right in starting with “Fool For You” from SUPERSAURUS.
“Fool For You” sounds like it is straight out of a 90s romcom. It’s bright and infectious but definitely has a slightly cinematic quality to it. Nostalgia oozes from every beat of this song but something about the delivery of the heartfelt and sweet lyrics keeps this song feeling super fresh and modern. The song talks about the whirlwind of emotions that happen when you fall in love and I love how it reminds you that, even if you’ve been in the same relationship for a hot minute, there is magic in that and every day is something that should feel like a thrill with the person that you love.
