Happy Thursday, everyone. I’ll be honest, it doesn’t feel like a Thursday to me. It feels more like a Tuesday. Work is insane with coworkers being gone and I’m starting to feel like I’ll never make it to the weekend but, thankfully, I have a lot of amazing music to help me cope with the stress and, although taking time out of my day to review said music may not be my most brilliant idea, it’s what I want to do so let’s take a quick break from the chaos and check out “LANDMINE” from PINKNOISE.
“LANDMINE” is an emotionally charged anthem. It’s as simple as that. It’s one of those songs that will hit you and, even if you think you have nothing to really think about when it comes to depth and feelings, this song will bring it all to the surface. Although this song is definitely emotional, it’s the power of the song that really got me hooked. Produced by Hiram Hernandez (As I Lay Dying, Magnolia Park), the flawless nature of the recording of this track lets you see both sides of this band- the power and the emotion- in such a perfect way. The third single off of PINKNOISE’s upcoming EP, “LANDMINE” proves that PINKNOISE is a bold band that is absolutely worth a listen and a follow because, if all things go as planned and as I think they will, PINKNOISE will be the next “it” band to hit the scene.
