I’ve gotten into a groove today, and it’s feeling good. I’m getting caught up on stuff and staying on top of incoming things. I don’t want to jinx it, but this sleepy Friday is turning into one of the most productive days of my week. That doesn’t mean I can stop checking out new music to help keep me going. I’m still on the hunt for energized tracks that help keep me this up and that’s exactly what “SYSTEM GLITCH” from Alex Sandra is– an energized track to keep me going.

It doesn’t take long to get the flavor of “SYSTEM GLITCH.” Alex Sandra instantly hits you with a super in-your-face and aggressive rap-metal vibe. Don’t roll your eyes. I know that rap-metal has a bad reputation but why? This song is a great example of just how much power a song in this genre can bring, and the way that Alex mixes that classic and often misunderstood vibe with something a bit more metal and a bit more intense is flawless. This song, as Alex puts it, “[celebrates] the outsiders who distrput the system.” Really, in this day and age, we need more of that so put this song on repeat and crank it up as loud as you can. “SYSTEM GLITCH” is a call to action and a powerful anthem for all of us who want to see change and want to do it in style.
