Okay, I know I’m a little late to this one but we are just two days into the new year so I feel like this song still works. I mean, really, this song works at all times just because of how dang catchy it is and how much heart and passion is clearly in the words.
With a very Gaslight Anthem vibe both vocally and instrumentally, this song will make you feel all the feels. Even though, at face value, it’s a sad Christmas song about having nowhere to go, it could apply to all of those times that you just feel a bit lost in life. Although I love the style as a huge fan of, well, this style, it was the lyrical content that really got me stuck. Add a super catchy chorus with lyrics that double as heartfelt, cynical, and a little comedic, this song is truly just perfect.
Whether you’re feeling a bit introspective, a bit down in the dumps, or just looking to feeling anything- this song from Will Romeo is absolutely for you. Check it out and show him some love!
