Who doesn’t love a little ska in the morning? Really, I think starting your day with a little ska music is the best way to start a day so let me introduce you to “Shaker2” from Skaminister.
“Shaker2” is a bit of a third-wave ska styled song in the vein of Reel Big Fish and Mad Caddies but it’s so much more than that. This is a perfectly fun track that will have you up and moving regardless of how late you were out last night or how tired you are this morning. The creativity in this song comes through loud and clear right off the beginning and although it is just a perfect ska song, there are some twists and turns along the way. Strong horns with punk styled vocals and an almost reggae feeling beat all come together to make “Shaker2” an infectious song and Skaminister a band name that you won’t soon forget.
