Did you make it through lunch? I did but I am definitely feeling that early afternoon slump and, with an early show tonight, I have no time for a nap in sight. I need a pick-me-up and, thankfully, that’s exactly what “Vertigo” from Talking Point is.
“Vertigo” is one of those songs that came to me with zero background information but that doesn’t change the fact that this song is perfect. With a light and airy beginning that transforms into something so much bigger yet just as beautiful. The best part of this track is the balance that Talking Point has between beauty and power. I love that the vocals come off as slightly shouted with a bit of a hardcore influence but the background instrumentation stays sparkly and dazzling. It’s a cool dynamic that adds a sense of magic to an already amazing track. I truly wish I had more to say about this song but I think “Vertigo” from Talking Point is just one of those songs you have to hear for yourself.
