I love when songs are about a very personal story but, in the grand scheme of things, creates a very relatable atmosphere. This is very true of “Berlin” from L.A. Sagne.
After a quick introduction, L.A. Sagne blasts you with a wall of sound and energy in their new track “Berlin”. It’s an intense and in-your-face kind of song with fuzzy vocals that seem to radiate over garage-style punk instrumentation. This song isn’t clean when it comes to hearing all of the individual parts of the track but I feel like that helps convey the story behind the track. I’m obviously not going to give it away because I want you to check this song out for yourself but, as mentioned, the story behind this track is a relatable one and the way it is turned into music is beyond genius. “Berlin” is best played at the loudest volume possible so make sure to turn up those speakers before pressing play. Also please note that this is a quick song at just a second under two minutes but, have no fear, if you love this, spend some time with L.A. Sagne’s other material that’s out there!
