The day is just trucking along over here and I find myself just trying to keep up . Thankfully for me, I have a slew of amazing music that will both soothe my restless soul and fill me with energy to continue to conquer the day. A perfect example of this is “Restless” from Keeper.
The amount of emotion that hits you right off the bat with this song is deafening. Think old school emo-pop-punk with a modern flair, this eccentric punk song will drive so much energy straight into your veins whether you want it to or not. My favorite thing about this song is how it seems to feel “Restless” as the song title points towards. There’s this slight sense of desperation scattered throughout this three and a half minute song but, following each of those moments of desperation is this soothing almost aloe-like catchiness. There are lots of ups and downs if you really listen to this song but “Restless” from Keeper is also just a straight up bop. Regardless of what you’re looking for right now, I honestly think you’ll find it in this genius track.
