I should have spent this weekend getting caught up on work. Instead, I spent it couch rotting. I’m not proud of it but it’s what I wanted to do and, truthfully, I think I needed it. I’m burnt out. Not on shows, but on life in general. I’ve been ignoring texts, letting my email fall into disrepair and letting my house become overrun by dust and clutter. I needed a weekend to re-set and get back into the swing of things so I took it. Now that it’s Monday, I’m ready to get back to normal. Get back into the grind and get back to being me and part of being me is spending an insane amount of time digging into new music so let’s start the week off right and get right into it by checking out “APEX” from COSMICA.

Very fitting for the day I’m trying to have to say the least.
