I know I just did a post reminding you about how amazing Bleeker is but how about one that also reminds you that Always Grounded is worth your attention. “Six Feet Deep” is far from the first single I’ve shared from this band and it definitely won’t be the last so do yourself a favor and become obsessed with this band now.

The message behind “Six Feet Deep” hit me like a truck this morning. It’s a pop-punk anthem about anxiety, insomnia, and emotional burnout. Although I don’t suffer from insomnia (I have this cool party trick where I can fall asleep nearly anywhere and at any time), the anxiety and emotional burnout that I’ve been feeling lately has been real. I love how this song not only put words to what I have been feeling but also gave me a sense of comfort. At just two minutes and thirty-nine seconds long, this song is short but it packs a punch and is the kind of track that will get stuck in your head. There’s a reason that Always Grounded was listed as one of Alternative Press’s top 50 upcoming pop punk bands and it’s because of tracks like this one.
