Happy Tuesday, everyone. I hope you are all feeling rested and that your Tuesday is off to a good start. Mine is. I’m already somehow caught up on work and ready to take on some tasks. I’m feeling rejuvenated after a night in and actually feel like I got some good sleep, even with a very odd and disturbing dream. I’m ready for the day and ready for all of the new music that comes with it, so let’s jump right in and start with “All That I Want” from Will & The Prodigal Sun.
The first single from Will & The Prodigal Sun’s new album ‘Mind Wars,’ which is due out in just a couple of days. Not only is it the first single, but it was also the first song written for the album and a personal favorite of Will’s. It’s a song about coming to terms with life in general after battles with anxiety and other mental struggles. It’s about finding what’s important to you, what you need, and what you want. It’s a tender track that makes you stop from your busy bee kind of life and think about what is important to you but, at the same time, it has a jangle that will fill you with a sense of optimistic energy. It’s a little pop-punk, a little indie-rock, and all heart, making “All I Want” the perfect way to kick off a Tuesday.
