We made it to Friday and I feel like that calls for a little celebration. That celebration is coming in the form of “Levitation” from Relate.
This song starts off heavy and intense so when the almost echoed vocals come in, it’s a bit shocking but in a good way. This song goes through so many movements within the four minute track. From moments of pure bliss and beauty to controlled-chaos breakdowns, this song will surely keep you on your feet and keep you hooked throughout the track. I’ll admit that there were moments during the slower parts where I felt like the song was starting to drag a bit but, as soon as the heaviness kicked back in, I found myself completely enthralled by the song. This constant change in mood and style is something that I’ve heard a lot of bands try but never quite perfect the way that Relate. does it.
This track is from Relate.’s new EP, ‘Chemical Condition’ which just came out. If this song is your jam, I truly suggest you spend some time with this entire EP. I may or may not have listened through it after hearing this first single and was completely wowed by every song on it.
