Girl at the Rock Shows

I typically don’t share out singles on Sundays but I’m feeling motivated to get stuff done today and I could really use some new jams to help me keep up the momentum so, weekends and days off be damned– let’s dig into “Revive” from Seven Fly.

Vocals kick this track off before the guitars, drums, and everything else comes in and takes this song off to its home. It’s a classic pop-punk move and, although this song has nods to pop-punk, there’s also nods to easycore and even a few to metalcore throughout “Revive” that keep this song feeling fresh. My favorite part of this track is the energy and the way the band keeps it high and throws some metalcore influences into it without the track going too aggressive or in your face. It’s an easy listen but it also makes you feel something on the inside which is the making of a perfect track.

I was looking for something that would help me keep my energy and motivation up today and figured I would have to listen to a couple of tracks to find that perfect one but “Revive” from Seven Fly did the trick.
