The beauty with which Logan McAllister’s song “Clairvoyant” starts off with is amazing. It’s slow and dramatic but with a boppy edge to it that instantly reminded me of Panic! at the Disco. So, if you like P!ATD, drop everything and check out this track!
Although the first 42 seconds really draw you in, the song really doesn’t pick up until after this intro. It’s not a super drastic change between intro and the bulk of this track but it’s a change nonetheless. I don’t want to say that this is a carbon copy of P!ATD but it definitely edges close to that. The almost musical-inspired vibe of the track mixed with the drama of the instrumentation and the various changes in the vocals– you get something a bit larger than life in this song just like I think we all did the first time we heard P!ATD. Even if you don’t like P!ATD, “Clairvoyant” is definitely worth your attention. It’s ear-catching and perfect so spend some time with this song and then dig into Logan’s other material!
