Let’s continue on my quest of finding some of the most energetic and in your face songs possible today. At the song title may point to, “Raw Energy” from The Phoenix Within gives you, well, raw energy.

The song starts off with a sense of power behind falling back ever so slightly to give focus to the vocals. The vocals are something throughout this song that had me hooked. From the words that the vocalist is saying to the presentation of the words, this is just perfect. Heavy yet organized instrumentation falls in and out in the background creating a rollercoaster of a ride. Regardless of if you’re at a high or low point in this song, there’s no denying the emotional power and fire that The Phoenix Within gives you.

When listening to this video, make sure to watch the video. It’s a simple one but I think just seeing the band “perform” this song really adds that magic touch that will surely have you obsessed with “Raw Energy” and The Phoenix Within in general.
