Happy Friday everyone! We’ve made it but I can already tell that getting through today is going to be rough but in a good way. It’s pot luck Friday here at my day job so I’m sitting here while getting whiffs of chili, homemade bread, homemade egg rolls– bring on the food coma! Chances are half of the office doesn’t make it past lunch so let’s jump into some new music now before I inevitably leave early for a nice long nap.
Project Revise has been around since 2017 and has clearly taking the UK pop-punk scene by storm judging by the activity I’ve seen about them online. After hearing their brand new song “Take the World”, I get it. This song is flawlessly pop-punk-perfect. It’s full of life, energy, and infectious hooks that will get you moving and grooving. The band flirts with a lot of the sub-genres in pop-punk including skate-punk and even something a bit hard with some of the guitarwork thrown into this track. The amount of passion that you get from this track is as deafening as the volume that the song deserves to played at so what are you waiting for? Turn up your speakers and get your Friday started off the right way with “Take the World” from Project Revise!
