Girl at the Rock Shows

Sometimes the job of sharing new music has me feeling like an explorer. of sorts. I spend all more sifting through new songs and finding gems to bring to you. I truly treat these songs like my own treasures. As much as I love sharing them with all of you, I love just discovering new music even more. Case in point- spectrums. and their debut song “Plot Twist”.

“Plot Twist” is the debut song from pop-punk band spectrums. but it comes with a sense of weathered perfection. Okay, maybe “weathered” isn’t the best word to use there but what I’m trying to say is this feels like it’s far from a debut single. spectrums. has a perfect nostalgic meets modern pop-punk sound that, at times, leans a bit more into a more commercialized alt-rock sound and, at others, a more intense post-punk vibe. As the song title may lead you to believe, “Plot Twist” is full of twists and turns but each time the song changes, it changes into something more beautiful than the last thing. Long story short, just check out “Plot Twist” and let’s shower spectrums. with love so they keep making amazing music!
