Happy Monday, everyone! We’ve made it to another week. You may not be excited about it being a Monday but I am because that means I have a whole slew of new music to share with you and there’s a lot this week so let’s just jump into it.

“No Instructions Included” instantly took me back to my angsty teenage years. This song is that perfect blend of pop punk and something a bit angstier leaning into a post-hardcore kind of world. I love the way the vocals come through loud and clear throughout this song but also how the instrumentation of the track drives it forward. At just over three minutes, this song is quick-moving, but the lyrics tell a story as old as time. For me, this song is about how life doesn’t come with instructions, and, truthfully, that’s so relatable this early Monday morning. Although life comes with “No Instructions Included,” this song reminds you that that’s okay, and you just have to roll with the punches, wherever they take you. In the case of this brilliant song from Ari Bose, that place is a place of intense aggression followed by a soothing calm. Long story short, “No Instructions Included” is one of those songs that will absolutely hit the right spot if you’re not super stoked on a new week started and will remind you that, at the end of the day, this is just how life goes, with “No Instructions Included.”
