I’m having a super good day today. Although I’m already falling behind on work for the day, I have gotten a lot done and it has me feeling refreshed and energized. I was looking for something to kind of compliment that feeling and that’s when I heard “We All Go” from Rundown Kreeps. This is a super great punk bop. At times it leans into the pop-punk vein of things but it would be hard for me to sit here and tell you that this is a classic pop-punk track. There are elements throughout this song that lean a bit more towards the garage punk side of things which I absolutely adored.
Lyrically, this song is a bit heartbreaking but that’s another reason I love it so much. The content is about losing a good friend but you wouldn’t know that until you really start to hone in on the lyrics. I think, had my mood been any different, this song would have still hit perfectly but just in a different way and that’s what makes this an absolutely stellar song that is more than worth your attention!
