I had the absolute honor of interviewing Noah of Civil Rebellion in January (read the whole interview HERE!). I was instantly hooked by not only his music, but the personality that came through loud and clear throughout the quirky questions I subjected him to. Now I’m here to introduce you to his new single “i told u i wasn’t worthy.” and to say it puts his distinct sound and genuine personality in the spotlight in a perfect way would be an understatement.

Civil Rebellion does a great job of calling you into their world with the way this single starts. It’s a simplistic yet impactful guitar line that gets you hooked and then, as the full band comes in, you can feel yourself slip into Civil Rebellions world so easily. This song is powerful and anthemic. One of my favorite things about it is how it’s angsty and full of subtle rage but, at the same time, comes off as an easy listen. I don’t mean that this is a simple song, because it’s not, but more that it can fit your mood whether you are in a good one, a bad one, or are ready to party.
