Girl at the Rock Shows

I introduced you to All Waffle Track and their song “Taking The Long Way” last month. I’m back to share their new song “10 Year Anniversary” as a little reminder about just how amazing this Denver trio is.

Much like I mentioned in that previous review, All Waffle Trick has a straight-up fun sound and “10 Year Anniversary” continues with that vibe. It’s a perfect blend of pop punk and skate punk vibes with an overall sunny disposition. I like how this new song is relatable to the other one yet continues to show you the versatility of this band and shows you that they refuse to be put in just one box (unless that box is the “music inspired by the Tony Hawk Proskater Soundtrack” box). Throughout this song, I was getting strong Goldfinger vibes but I wouldn’t say that that’s the best comparison to make here. There are also clear nods to The Bouncing Souls, Authority Zero, the list can go as long as you want it but every name on that list will be one of legends. What this tells me is that All Waffle Trick is on their way to the top so jump on this train before it’s too late and you are left wondering what rock you had been living under when it came to this band.
