I wish I had a really catch intro for you right now but the fact is that I’m struggling to keep my head above water as far as work goes. I honestly probably shouldn’t be spending time on digging into a new single but, at the same time, I think it’s the only thing that is going to keep me sane today so let’s not waste any more time and just jump into “Angry Side” from Millie Manders and The Shutup.

The connection I instantly felt with this band as this song started playing was intense. This song is a love letter of sorts to the angsty teenage versions of ourselves that, although we will never forget, we could also probably go without reliving. I love that this song acknowledges the angst that may have been a bit out of hand while also making sure to mention that it’s okay that we were angry when we were younger because, let’s be honest, we all went through some stuff growing up. Add a super catchy beat and absolutely flawless vocals that evoke such a sense of triumphant power and you are left with “Angry Side” from Mille Manders and The Shutup. Seriously, this song will catch your ears and will surely give you the urge to check out more from this band. I know I have a lot to do today but I definitely plan on going down the Millie Manders and The Shutup rabbit hole after hearing this amazing single.
