Girl at the Rock Shows

Today has been a good day. I just got some amazing news from a local venue that would be honored to have me cover any shows I want there. I know that that sounds like such a small thing, especially for a venue that has very little that sparks my interest, but I’m just so honored to know that my work is getting out there and getting noticed. Now I find myself combing through their schedule trying to find any and all shows that I can fit into my calendar. It has it hard to focus in on my day job but I know that’s what I should be doing right now so it’s time to take a break, hit reset, and get back down to business. Naturally, I need to check out a new song to help me do so.

“Over & Over” is the first single off of Teacup Romance’s upcoming album due out later this year. This song acts as a blast of energy that I know we could all use on this manic Monday. There’s a sense of romance and slight tenderness that comes through in the crystal clear vocals but also a sense of anthemic power that comes through in the relentless riffs and anthemic hooks. “Over & Over” has it all and will surely hook you into Teapcup Romance’s sound with just one listen. This song, in particular, is a reminder from Teacup Romance to face your demons head-on, not ignore them or let them grow making it the perfect song to help me get back into work mode while also leaving me with a rabbithole to go down because, honestly, just one scong from Teacup Romance is not enough.
