I became low-key obsessed with moberod the first time I heard “Two Years to Live.” It hooked me. It wasn’t just the music, it was the feeling the song gave me and I instantly felt like moberod was a band that was just waiting to hit me at the perfect time like that song did. This has created an obsession and I am so stoked to be able to share their new song, “Virus” with you.

Although just as flawless and emotionally packed as their other track, “Virus” seems to have a bit more of a playful nature behind it. You can feel that playfulness right off the bat with the catchy guitar that kicks off this anthemic yet quick, two and a half minute long song. I’ll be honest, this is a no-frills kind of track. The recording quality is slightly rough and raw but that just adds to the attitude, snark, and perfection that is this song. Everytime I hear a moberod song, it’s hard to remember that this is a one-man band but that’s exactly what it is. So sit back, relax, and take in “Virus” to inevitably fall in love with the charm and talent that is moberod.
