Girl at the Rock Shows

Ready or not– it’s Monday again. I’m having mixed emotions about it being a Monday right now but I’m hoping that an amazing and energetic single may tip me over to the “I’m okay with it being Monday” side and, thankfully, amazing and energetic is the name of the game with it comes to “LEAVE HER” from Zebra Libra.

The song starts with a bit of a nod to a pop-punk root before landing in Zebra Libra’s unique and distinct blend of alt-rock and pop-punk. The vocals have a bit of a hint of the 90s in them leaving you with an anthemic sound in your ear while the blasting drums and slamming guitars make this a truly anthemic track. The power here is amazing as it’s definitely loud and in control but not deafening or over the top. Zebra Libra balances so many things so perfectly making this track a stand-out full of familiar elements while feeling fresh and new. It’s hard to pick out a song to kick off a week in the right way but, if you are still looking for that “perfect track”, I highly suggest “LEAVE HER” from Zebra Libra.
