Girl at the Rock Shows

The day is trucking along. I hope you’re getting things done and having a productive one! I know I am and it has me feeling great but, like usual, I need a new song to keep me going.

I have zero information on CHILIØ or their new song “only way out is through” but, with a track like this, I really don’t need any background. There’s power and angst throughout this track but there’s also a true sense of musicianship and creativity. The song starts with a primal scream before settling into a post-hardcore track that seems to have a bit of a bouncy pop-punk influence behind it. From gang vocals to epic rises and falls throughout the three minutes and fifty seconds of “only way out is through”, this song will give you life while giving you an excuse to move around a bit. There are moments in this track that remind me Four Year Strong but others that seem to come with a bit more of a heavier influence. It’s a solid track that, like I said, needs to introduction to just hit play and enjoy!
