Girl at the Rock Shows

As suspected after a day off and a weekend out of town, my day has gotten insanely busy and it’s taking everything in my power to keep my head above water. The last thing I need to do right now is take a break to check out some new music but, at the same time, it’s what I really need to keep powering through my day so, without further ado, let me introduce you to “Not Now, Not Ever” from Rampart Street Garage featuring Zach Quinn.

Rampart Street Garage is not only the collaborator on this song with Zach Quinn of PEARS but is also the label that put out this song and, after hearing “Not Now, Not Ever”, I can say with confidence that this will be a label (and group) to watch. This song is perfectly aggressive. What I mean by that is that it can come off as overly aggressive if you want it to or can come off as a bit more boppy if you prefer that. Regardless of which way you want this song to hit, it will surely hit. I’m a huge fan of PEARS and Zach Quinn, their vocalist, so I was obviously in love with this track as his signature sound and energy is front and center throughout this quick song but, beyond that, this is truly just a solid song. It may be only two minutes and seventeen seconds long but ever beat is packed to the brim with energy and power. Long story short, take the time to check this out. I promise it will be worth it!
