I love energetic songs that make you want to get up and dance or start your own mini-moshpit. That’s exactly what happens the second you hit play on “Glint of Blue” from Grab My Pi.
Right off the bat, this song will hit you with an undeniable sense of energy. “Glint of Blue” is a straight up anthemic punk song but with a sense of accessibility behind it. Even if you don’t think you’re a fan of punk music, this track could be the one that changes your mind. It has the punk attitude and punk energy but the vocals come through loud and clear and everything about the instrumentation of this track is super organized rather than feeling frantic or chaotic. Even with that lack of frenzy in the song, I feel like there’s something about this that will get your blood pumping and give you an urge to start a one-person moshpit in whatever space you are in.
